Q. What is a Receiver?
A. A Receiver is an individual appointed by the court who assumes responsibility for all assets in the companies that are being investigated. He is responsible determining how the business was operated and where all of the assets are located. Receivers create regular reports that are presented to the court and made available to investors. His primary responsibility is to represent the investors’ best interests.
Q. Can I get my money back now?
A. No. All funds must remain frozen until the Court authorizes otherwise.
Q. How can I stay informed of progress in this case?
A. The Receiver has established this website (INSERT) that will be updated on a regular basis.
Q. How do I register my information as investor who paid funds to eCareer Holdings, Inc. and eCareer,Inc.?

Q. Should I hire a lawyer?
A. You certainly have the right to hire or consult with your own lawyer. As authorized by the Court, however, the Receiver will be investigating all potential claims or methods of recovery that he can bring for the benefit of investors.

A. Not at this time.
